Deeds undone

Of all the things that I love and care,
There are few things of which I'm sure.
Of all the things to question, I dare,
The answers remain always obscure.

But, no matter how hard I try,

The answers that come are incomplete.
Like what is the use to laugh and cry?
Next minute, everything becomes obsolete.

Then is it hard to keep a straight face,

When dangers and fears lurk ahead.
In a crevice hidden in this dreary place,
Where, all spoken words go unsaid.

Then, where is the faith in our heart and souls,

Where is the light when in need?
When our past is filled in a bowl,
Complete with every desire and greedy deed.

But, fear not says a voice,
For all you have, is all you have done.
In this life there is time to rejoice,
Because the past can never be undone!
