In the silent hallway,
There sleeps this man.
With no fear of dark
To bring light here,
Is a stringent ban.
But the light inside him
He is unable to recognize.
The power he holds
Is beyond shape and size.
The path he has taken
Is the one taken by all.
There’s no way to get lost
The road is same to all.
Half way to home
He wants to turn around.
Swimming against the tide
He wants to make one sound.
A yell for all to wake up.
From the deep slumber
Of no dreams; wake up
My loved ones, he cries
And the light in him he has realized.
